In the gallery space once used as a diary factory, I found two copper pipes for the central heating system sticking out from the very high point of the wall. Although they are not connected to the radiator, they were warm enough when I touched them that I decided to melt butter with their heat.

Dripping on the highly heated point of the newly installed copper pipe which also sticks out from the door to the storage room, droplets of melted butter evaporate and produce sizzling sound with distinctive smell of cooked butter.
